I had a lock that failed on a sliding glass door that was installed by a different company approximately 20 years ago. To replace the door would have been monumentally cost prohibitive and Ben was able to make the repair so that the door could lock and did not need to be replaced. Many companies would automatically dismiss a repair and advise for a replacement, but I am so happy that this company does its best to try to find a solution before suggesting a replacement. I met with Ben , on 3/13 2026 he had positive attitude ,he was very professional, quick in fixing my screen. He was very professional, he had pleasant attitude, very punctual, he called me letting me know he was already at my garage.😃 at my place . In addition; He also did a small job of tacking a bulging nail on the side of my screen door without additional charge. I had MDVA replace glass in 4 windows at my home because they were foggy. They did a fantastic job and the new glass looks great. The price was reasonable and the work was exceptional.

Mdva windows were great. They were really responsive, came out same-day fir an estimate, and i determined the estimate fair and the repair was made right there. It was simple but it required that knowledge base to accomplish. Polite, answered questions, was kind. Would reach out again.
