"In 2023, Ben fixed one of my bedroom windows. He did a great job. After 2 years, another window in my bedroom couldn’t open. Unfortunately, Ben was out of town, so I contacted other two companies. Two handymen came and left without fixing my window….. one told me to order parts online by myself; another one couldn’t even take my window down.
