What a pleasure and relief to interact with down to earth, kind, and salt of the earth people who are also extremely competent, on time, and "tell it like it is" with no fluff or hint of upsell. Honestly, if only all of the rest of life was as easy and excellent as the folks at MDVA. Kudos to Amy who answers the phone and to Ben who gets the job done. It's a family business. And they treat their customers like family.

Ben came on the scheduled day and fixed the unique oval window in my home all in one day. He was a gentlemen and very professional. Would deff recommend

A kid in our neighborhood broke our window by accident and Ben was so helpful in getting it fixed accurately and quickly. They were quick to respond to my initial request, provided rough estimate via my pictures (which was right in line with our expected cost) and came out to confirm measurements, ordered supplies, and complete install within a week. Would absolutely use them again if needed!

MDVA windows came out promptly to fix all of the window screens that were torn or loose. They were very efficient and did not disrupt my day very much. Overall highly recommend!

In 2023, Ben fixed one of my bedroom windows. He did a great job. After 2 years, another window in my bedroom couldn’t open. Unfortunately, Ben was out of town, so I contacted other two companies. Two handymen came and left without fixing my window….. one told me to order parts online by myself; another one couldn’t even take my window down. I decided stop go through the list on google search and wait for Ben come back because I knew he’s the one definitely can fix it. After three weeks waiting , he came back from his vacation and fixed my window in 20 minutes!!! It’s amazing! I recommend MDVA to everyone needs a window fix.
